Registration is open to all persons interested in the self medication industry.

All persons intending to attend the General Assembly must complete a Registration Form. Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form.  Should you experience any difficulties please contact the General Assembly Managers at the email address given on the homepage.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Member, Non-Member, International and Government/TGA Registration Entitlements
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Regulators Forum
  • All official documentation including program book, and list of participants
  • Satchel
  • Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches
  • General Assembly Gala Dinner
  • Regulators Forum / ASMI Diamond Awards
  • Closing Drinks

 

Accompanying Persons Entitlements
Accompanying Persons Registration Fee entitles the delegate to the following:

  • General Assembly Gala Dinner
  • ASMI Diamond Awards
  • Closing Drinks

Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

Name badge
Each member of the General Assembly will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The General Assembly Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

 

 

Group Registration
The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers five (5) or more individuals and will receive 10% off the registration rate. To register a group, please click here to go to the Group registration form.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private function, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the General Assembly Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the General Assembly Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program.

Credit Card
Please use our secure booking form on this website to register and book your registration and accommodation in ‘real time’. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Cheque / Money Order
All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee and will only be accepted up until 12 September 2017.  Please register online and select the invoice option and mail the cheque to the General Assembly Managers.  Cheques are to be made payable to ‘WSMI GA 2017’. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. After this date all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details at www.wsmiga2017.com or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the General Assembly Managers at wsmiga2017@arinex.com.au.

Registration Fees: 
Cancellations before 14 July 2017 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 14 July 2017 to 14 September 2017 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 15 September 2017 will receive no refund.
Transfers of delegate names attending will be accepted

Accommodation: A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation
Deposit is non-refundable at 15 September 2017.

Social: Payments are non-refundable at 15 September 2017.

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the General Assembly timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the General Assembly Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The General Assembly Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the General Assembly for promotional, advertising or reporting of the General Assembly and/or its content at their sole discretion.
